About the Role:
Our client is an industry leading, global manufacturing and services company.

The Performance, Reward and Analytics Manager will be key in driving the organisation's Reward strategy, governance and frameworks.

You will partner with in-country HR and business leaders to provide technical expertise in the design and management of reward and benefit programmes.


Working with the global analytics team, you will drive workplace insights from the workforce data to support performance projects and improvements activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted adviser to HR and Business Leaders on all associated reward and performance matters, developing fitforpurpose solutions based on business needs which drive the right business outcomes.
  • Design and implement reward and performance policies, procedures, and frameworks, incorporating the contemporary needs of the business and our people.
  • Develop and communicate engaging performance & reward capability material to support our HR Partnering Team
  • Lead the performance cycle across multiple markets to manage the annual processes such performance and development, salary review and bonuses.
  • Ownership of the deployment, embedding, operation and reporting of P&C data to ensure optimal return on investment of time and resources and work with the business to draw meaningful insights and analysis.
  • Working with the global performance and reward centres of excellence, manage the job architect and hierarchy within the HRIS

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders/business leaders to develop performance/reward frameworks, and activate these across all aspect of performance and reward operations
  • Strong experience in data analysis preparation, interpretation, evaluation and the ability to draw meaningful insights to inform and improve decision making
  • Working with multi country HR teams (desirable)
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Strong HRIS systems experience with Success Factors or similar
