This is not that job.


This job is a mid-market Account Executive in a company that is rapidly growing, has significant investment and brand backing, and is developing new products fast.

The company is
Flexhive, a workforce solution provider backed by the Hudson Group.

Over the last 18 months the company has grown to do tens of millions in revenue, and employ around 100 people.

They provide a platform for businesses to engage new team members
- both onshore and offshore.

This Account Executive is focused on the offshore solution and sells to businesses who have made an inquiry about this service
- that's right, inbound leads.

You'll mainly speak with businesses that employ between people, and you'll run a land and expand type strategy. A client will start small
- and it will be your role to identify which of your clients can most benefit from expanding their offshore team. So you'll need to be a triple threat
- sign up new customers, identify where the larger opportunities are, and then develop those relationships.

This is not the job with sharp edges. Things change fast, and you'll need to be comfortable in an environment where there is ambiguity. Your job is to see the opportunity and make it happen

You'll be supported
- reporting directly into the COO. You'll have constant coaching from the CRO and CEO as well. And you'll have 1 direct report
- a Sales Support person.

You'll be well remunerated
- competitive base salary for a mid market AE + super and an uncapped commission scheme. More on this when we speak.
