THE ORGANISATION


Our client is one of Australia's leading aged care providers, who have over 30 years of experience supporting older Australians to live happily and independently in their own homes.

With over 1000 employees they have significant plans for growth across multiple states in Australia. Their office is based in Sydney CBD, they offer flexibility and hybrid working.

THE ROLE
Reporting into a Talent Partner you will be responsible for providing effective coordination and HR administration support.

You will be the first point of contact for all HR related queries and will manage the administration processes for onboarding & inducting staff, generating employment contracts, maintaining staff records as well as supporting managers with recruitment.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the wider HR Coordinator team, supporting less experienced team members and taking a leadership role.

You will also support across several people projects, including the implementation of a new talent system.
