Job Description

Star HR is seeking a skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team on a contracting basis. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve positive outcomes and return to work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' work capabilities and develop personalized return-to-work plans.
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective case management.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients to help them overcome workplace injuries and achieve their goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Occupational Therapy (with relevant registration and membership with AHRPA or ESSA).
  • Proven experience in occupational rehabilitation, with a strong understanding of the NSW Workers Compensation scheme.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, employers, and other stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders who speak these languages.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
