H2coco has been operating as a beverage manufacturer and distributor for fourteen years in the FMCG industry. It has fast become a household name and can now be found in most major retailers in Australia and export markets. With an abundance of new product development and implemented growth strategy, this role presents a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to be part of empowering consumers' lives and making every day healthier.

You will only have one direct report, and your key responsibilities include:

Demand & Supply Management

Own the demand & supply planning process

Optimise product availability within budgeted inventory targets through effective end-to-end management of the supply chain.

Review forecast accuracy and align with cash flow.

Cooperate with suppliers & customers to ensure an efficient and effective supply chain

Management of each 3PL used by H2

Own DIFOT with major customers

Manage and authorise all export transactions

Undertake continuous improvements in logistics processes and systems

Create report structures, reporting frameworks & templates

Provide analyses of performance, including sales analysis, promotional plan & forecast accuracy and 3PL performance

Develop & maintain advanced (Google Sheets) models & tools to aid critical decision-making & strategy development

Create business processes that help to align activities with the strategic objectives of the company

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Advanced modelling and Excel capability

5+ years of supply chain planning experience in operations, retail, consulting and/or finance, with a history of owning/driving results

Methodical, organised, proactive, structured and process-driven supply chain professional

Able to effectively influence and develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Proven track record of managing and executing large projects from start to finish, including project management, data gathering and modelling, problem-solving, and communicating recommendations

High level of consultative, interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills

Natural problem solver & analytical thinker

Google Sheets and Excel experience preferred

SQL database or similar experience

Excellent communication skills. Including writing & presentations.
