As a senior leader, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company's strategy to meet business objectives.

About the Role
The successful candidate will manage a dedicated supply chain team, ensuring timely and cost-effective production.
The role provides an exciting opportunity to develop and implement processes and systems that continuously improve production outcomes and be part of the leadership team.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing supply chain and operational planning, manufacturing and assembly, and warehouse and logistics management.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:

Safety:
- Ensure the safe operation of all manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
- Champion safety improvement programs across all supply chain & manufacturing locations.
Strategy:
- Develop companywide strategies with the executive leadership team to meet business objectives.
- Evolve a supply chain and manufacturing strategy to ensure timely delivery of products at the lowest total cost.
Operations & S&OP:
- Support profitable growth through accurate tactical planning of operations.
- Manage warehouse activities, ensuring alignment with ERP processes and accuracy of stock quantities.
- Implement and manage the S&OP process to drive business decisions and engagement of stakeholders.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Lead production and warehouse processes with a focus on efficiency and quality improvement.
- Implement local improvement plans to support competitive advantage.
- Lead team programs to develop new supply chain and manufacturing solutions leveraging technology.
People & Leadership:
- Empower ownership & accountability within the team.
- Identify and develop key talent progression plans.
- Drive leadership team activities and programs.
Customer Focus:
- Optimize inventory and resource management for high-quality fulfilment of customers' orders.
- Improve metrics such as customer on-time delivery and transportation costs.
- Focus on planning needs, costs, and technical requirements for accurate communication with customers.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in logistics, procurement, supply chain management, business management, or a relevant field.
- Solid experience in Supply Chain Management with a strong understanding of "Service and manufacturing"
- Diversified and progressive work experience in procurement, logistics, and/or supply chain systems with multinational organisations.
- Strong leadership and proven ability to recruit, train, and manage teams.
- Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Solution-oriented with attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and experience with ERP systems.
