We are looking to recruit a B2B CRM Manager to join our Marketing Centre Of Excellence, reporting to our Head of One to One Marketing.

This person will be responsible for developing and executing the B2B CRM strategies and communications for our Intermediated Partners (inc Personal Injury, Commercial and Hunter Premium Funding) and will lead, integrate and execute campaigns and lifecycle marketing programs to deliver our business and partner objectives.


Responsibilities in the role:

  • Lead and develop the strategies for all Intermediated Partner One to One marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs (acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention), by collaborating with key stakeholders and teams across AAL.
  • Collaborate with AAL Marketing, Communications, Customer Strategy and Programs, Digital and the Intermediated Partner teams to effectively utilise segment insights and analytics in campaign activity, and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into the Allianz Business and Marketing strategies.
  • Lead and collaborate with stakeholders in the planning, testing and forecasting of all campaign activity.
  • Manage agency and AAL stakeholder relationships to enable the delivery of marketing plans, including data, campaign content and marketing platforms (e.g. SFMC and Adobe Onemarketing) to execute programs.
  • Working with key stakeholders, establish and manage the necessary infrastructure to effectively measure, track and report on campaign performance and effectiveness to business stakeholders, including governance and prioritisation forums.
  • Management of the Intermediated Partner One to One marketing budgets, including planning, tracking, monthly results forecasts, optimisation and reporting across all activity to increase efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Customer and Insights team, leverage analytic and researchbased insights to inform recommendations that deliver optimal contact messaging and frequency at the partner level, providing a best practice Customer Contact Strategy.
  • Act as a custodian of the AAL and HPF brands, ensuring alignment and consistency of brand messaging across marketing material
  • Proactively manage risk through developing and streamlining engagement models, processes and procedures to enable an effective operating rhythm.
  • Develop standardised operating procedures (SOPs) for all end to end one on one marketing activity and platforms, and supporting proactive control testing.
  • Contribute to the OneonOne Marketing Scrum, for the purpose of agile team planning, campaign management, prioritisation and resource management

To be successful:

  • You'll have prior experience in leading and developing B2B journeys / lifecycle campaign communications (ie acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention)
  • Prior experience in insurance, banking or financial services will be helpful
  • Demonstrated experience in data driven marketing, utilising analytics and insights to drive campaign execution and customer relationship management (CRM) value.
  • Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
  • Some experience with Adobe, SFMC or similar MarTech systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools
