Client Services Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and lenders? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our team at Randstad.
About the Role
As a Client Services Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients and lenders receive the best possible care on a day-to-day basis. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and lenders through excellent customer service
- Managing post-settlement transactions
- Creating and maintaining customer records
- Attending to customer enquiries until they are resolved
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of experience in customer service roles within lending
- A genuine passion and strong commitment to customer service
- A thorough understanding of the home loan process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work in a process-driven and time-demanding environment
- Highly organized and attention to detail
- Technical skills and ability to learn new systems
- Excellent relationship-building skills
