As a
Service Desk Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our employees' technical queries and concerns.

Your exceptional communication skills and technical expertise will be instrumental in resolving issues efficiently and providing top-notch support to ensure seamless operations.


Duties and Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Coordinate and ensure the resolution of incidents are recorded, triaged, and managed
  • Accurately record service requests
  • Assist in the provisioning of other ICT equipment.
  • Manage the provisioning of end user devices including but not limited to telephony, computer and hardware
