We are seeking a passionate Patient Services Officer (Medical Receptionist) to join our Cabrini Oncology team, which offers state of the art facilities on a full-time permanent basis.


More specifically, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact and greeting patients on arrival
  • Make and manage patient appointments for numerous Specialists
  • Collect patient information, maintaining patient privacy and accurate data entry
  • Complete administration including document scanning
  • Manage a large volume of patient telephone enquiries
  • Billing and receipting of accounts to patients, Medicare and DVA
  • Liaise with Doctors, Radiation Therapists, Specialists, Nurses and peers
  • Comple tasks as allocated by the Centre Leader
