Reporting to the Events and Advertising Manager, you'll play a key role in making the MyDeal website the go-to shopping destination for Australian customers.
Working closely with the internal team you'll be working closely with the timely set up of upcoming events, ensuring events are confirmed and ready to launch.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with sellers to confirm their secured event date and deal confirmation ensuring that all product information, stock, pricing and event information is locked in.
- Working with sellers to ensure listings are optimised, meet compliance requirements and are showcasing the product in the best possible way.
- Managing the setup and scheduling of promotional pricing and ensuring asset requirements are handed over to the merchandise team.
- Proofing daily eDM's to ensure all information is accurate
- Ensuring the Online Merchandise team include all required assets and branding into events.
- Performing competitor price checks and market reviews to ensure our deals are the best in the market.
Requirements:
- 1 year sales/account management experience required
- Skills and experience building relationships with external clients
- Previous experience in eCommerce will be highly regarded
- Strong initiative and high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Confidence with Microsoft Excel (inc. VLOOKUP, Pivot tables...) and/or Google Sheets
- The ability to work to strict deadlines
- Critical path planning and time management skills.
