Horner Recruitment are looking for people who are seeking Business Support or Administrative opportunities within the local government sector.
Successful applicants will be responsible for providing administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders by acting as a first point of contact, as well as ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day functions.
Your role will include:
- Providing high quality customer service to internal and external customers
- Resolve and respond to enquiries from the public in a timely manner
- Providing information on Council's services and facilities
- Preparing various reports and documentation as requested
- Maintaining appropriate filing systems
- Develop strong and positive relationships with both internal and external customers
- Assisting in all administrative functionsAbout You:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willing to obtain a WWCC & Police Check
- Experience with Pathways & TRIM is desirable
