About The Opportunity

If you are looking for a dynamic opportunity, we have an exciting role for a Product Marketing Manager to lead our product management team and drive the success of our Accessories category.

In this key position, your main focus will be understanding user insights to deliver solutions tailored for the AU market that yield the best commercial results for Milwaukee.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product team to uncover user insights for enhancing existing products and exploring new market opportunities.
  • Stay updated on the global industry and competition to steer new product development.
  • Conduct pricing tests to optimize market position and profitability.
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand sales trends and drive successful product launches.
  • Assist in budget and business planning.
  • Communicate globally to ensure successful product and technology launches.
  • Improve business processes to enhance product development and lifecycle management.
  • Guide and support various teams through product presentations, range reviews, and launches.
  • Negotiate with key stakeholders to drive product initiatives.
  • Provide direction to all product teams for new product launches.
About You

If you have a proven track record in senior Product Marketing or Account Management roles within a fast-paced, customer-centric industry, we want to hear from you.

Key strengths you should possess include stakeholder engagement, team motivation, and the following skills/attributes:
  • Experience managing large product portfolios and sales growth.
  • Influence and negotiation skills developed in account management or commercial marketing roles.
  • Financial literacy and the ability to deliver winning strategies.
  • Capacity to conceptualize plans and drive engagement.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking.
  • Dedication to marketing and communications with a positive work ethic.
