About the Mental Health Division


The Austin Mental Health Diviosn provides care and services through comprehensive range of teams to meet the needs of mental health consumers and carers throughour Victoria.

Services are located across Austin Health campuses and in the community.

The four program areas include:
Adult MHS, Infant, Child and Youth MHS, Specialty MHS, Traige, Assessment and Planning MHS.

About the role
The Health Information Manager Grade 3, is a specialised position within the Mental Health Division at the Austin.

They will hold, maintain and manage specific portfolios that will provide support, guidance and education to all levels and disciplines of staff across the Mental Health Division.


About you


The Health Information Management Team within Austin Mental Health is looking for an experienced Health Information Manager who has a passion for Mental Health Coding, Mental Health Documentation and Forms Governance.

Working along side the Manager, Health Information Mental Health, they will contribute to implementation and continuous improvement of health information management systems and governance for the Mental Health Division, ensuring these systems are responsive to the organisations reporting and service delivery needs.
