About the Role:

Customer Service is our priority and is the driving force behind our vision and values. With more and more people relocating across the country and the globe, our teams are working harder than ever. We are now looking for an Assistant Scheduler to work with the team based at the branch.

The operations area of the branch is a fast paced environment, reporting to the Operations Manager this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a large organisation that will support you to achieve a long-term career.

As an Assistant Scheduler, some of what you will assist doing includes:

  • Scheduling of all employees/vehicles for local, interstate, & international removals
  • Careful daily planning/resourcing of crew onto booked removals/jobs
  • Mentoring of crew
  • Briefing/Debriefing of crew
  • Induction/onboarding management
  • Monthly operational reporting requirements
  • Contractor invoicing management
  • Fleet maintenance/management
  • Onsite OHS requirements

About you:

You will have experience in:

  • Scheduling crews within Road Transport or related environments
  • Building and developing long term business relationships
  • Well developed computer skills using MS suite
  • Proven history of commitment to provide exceptional customer service
