The Role
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities by:

Providing Personal Care Assistance: Assisting clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.

Supporting Community Participation: Helping clients engage in social and recreational activities, access appointments, and navigate their communities.

Implementing Individualized Support Plans: Collaborating with clients and their families to develop and follow tailored plans that promote independence and achieve personal goals.

Household Support: Light domestic duties such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.

Emotional Support and Companionship: Building positive relationships with clients and providing encouragement and a listening ear.

Current and valid driver's license with a clean record and demonstrably good driving skills:

Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent, or willingness to obtain:


  • Clearances: Current National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check.
