About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team in Cranbourne. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating habits and independence.
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Provide respite and emotional support, recognizing the importance of mental health and wellbeing.
  • Transport customers to appointments, ensuring they receive the care and support they need.
  • Deliver complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia, with empathy and understanding.

Requirements
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • The ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, with a willingness to ask for help when needed.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to our customers, with a focus on their individual needs and preferences.
