Aged & Disability Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team at KinCare in Cranbourne VIC. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities- Domestic Assistance: Clean and maintain the homes of our customers, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Personal Care: Assist with meal preparation, shopping, and provide social support and access to lifestyle activities.
- Respite and Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and respite to our customers, helping them to manage their daily lives.
- Transportation: Transport customers to appointments and provide social support during these interactions.
- Complex Care: Provide care and support to customers with high care needs, such as dementia.
- Guaranteed Hours: Enjoy guaranteed hours close to home as a permanent part-time employee.
- Training and Development: Receive extensive paid training and continuous learning opportunities to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
