About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team at KinCare in Cranbourne VIC. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Domestic Assistance: Provide cleaning and household support to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Personal Care: Assist with meal preparation, shopping, and personal care tasks to promote independence and well-being.
  • Social Support: Offer emotional support, companionship, and access to lifestyle activities to enhance our customers' quality of life.
  • Transportation: Provide transportation to appointments and social events, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Complex Care: Provide specialized care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia, in a safe and supportive environment.
