Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect
  • Expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident Management, and Change Management
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including integrations with third-party applications
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team of ServiceNow developers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
