HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
With your exceptional and dynamic skill set, you will be instrumental in:
- Formulation and implementation of events strategy.
- Assist and manage all preparation and coordination to achieve event objectives and production requirements.
- Collaboration with key stakeholders including PR, Events and Media.
- Onsite supervision and logistics during the event including installation and pack down of the event.
- Reporting and analysis on event outcomes.
- Budget management and consolidation.
- Additional duties as required.

- At least years of relevant work experience in related field.
- Familiarity in luxury/retail segment is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in events management and execution.
- Takes initiative, a selfstarter and resourceful.
- Team player and ability to perform under pressure within tight timeline.
- Organised, meticulous & detail orientated.
- Competent in MS office (power point and excel).
