We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Events & Restaurant Manager to lead our team at The Argyle, a vibrant and dynamic nightlife venue in the heart of Sydney.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our events and restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving revenue growth through innovative marketing and sales strategies.

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven individual with a proven track record in managing high-volume venues, events, and teams. If you have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a high-performing team of events and restaurant staff
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of events and restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing high-volume venues, events, and teams
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on team development and motivation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
