THE ROLE


A key member of the Scape Technology team, the passionate and friendly Service Desk Analyst will provide end-to-end technical support at all levels via face-to-face interaction.


As the Service Desk Analyst, you will maintain the day-to-day operations of information technology for the business and ensure that the underlying technologies and systems run effectively, with responsibility for resolving any IT-related faults quickly and efficiently or escalating as required.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are seeking a motivated individual, with a passion for resolving and troubleshooting IT issues. You will also have the ability to manage multiple tickets at once and prioritise issues.

Along with these skills, attributes and experiences:

  • ITIL knowledge and or certification is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of networking technologies, wireless technologies, and IT security controls.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting and strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft 365/O365 including experience in actively supporting these.
  • Excellent general knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure design and best practices.
  • Willingness to take part in an oncall roster as required.
