About the role
- Lead the identification, procurement, and integration of a tailored workflow approval system to meet organizational needs and objectives.
- Enhance the organization's information management framework to align with business requirements and legal obligations, with a proactive approach to recommending improvements where necessary.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and targets for efficient information and records management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement robust policies and procedures for the proper handling, classification, and storage of records, including the establishment of user-friendly electronic filing systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in records management practices and business classification schemes, while ensuring strict control over access to confidential information.
- Provide comprehensive training and education to staff on records management protocols, while also preparing detailed reports to mitigate risks and maintain compliance with operational and regulatory frameworks.
About you
- Proven track record in implementing document workflow systems or similar solutions (desired).
- Demonstrated expertise in data and information governance, or records and information management.
- Strong background in developing reports, organizational policies, and implementing best practices in records management.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to understand and translate business needs into operational requirements.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and prioritization skills to effectively collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
