WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


We are on the lookout for engaging, curious, collaborative, results-driven, and customer-centric Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our dynamic team at Challenger Services.

As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in our go-to-market strategy, serving as the first point of contact for potential clients.

You will work closely with management and our Account Executives to uncover, assess, and qualify opportunities across our key accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a revenue pipeline by scheduling introductory meetings with influential figures and key decisionmakers in various industries.
  • Conduct proactive research on accounts using tools like Google, LinkedIn, Lusha, and other provided resources.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of assigned accounts, including their business challenges, customer needs, opportunities, market positioning, and drivers.
  • Engage in outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities and educate potential customers about the value of Challenger Services' solutions.
  • Promote awareness and educate prospects and the community about our solutions and industry trends through social media channels.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads generated through our marketing campaigns and provide feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality.
  • Utilise CRM systems for activity tracking, participate in weekly territory forecast meetings, and keep the team informed of progress on identified activities.
  • Exceed defined quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.
