THE ROLE:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to providing executive assistance and high-level organisational and administrative support to the Director of Nursing and Clinical Services, the wider Executive team, and is the key contact for Executive Recruitment.

The Executive Assistant will job share to support the Director of Nursing and Clinical Services. This is a dynamic permanent part-time position, offering 24 hours a week spread over 3 days. The successful applicant must be available on Monday and Friday, with the flexibility to choose the third day (Tuesday or Thursday).

Your main duties will include:

  • Administration for nursing recruitment under the DNCS portfolio.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Nursing and Clinical Services

ABOUT YOU:

  • Experience in providing high level executive support or equivalent.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with people on all levels.
  • Superior proficiency in the use of relevant office software systems and processes including Microsoft Office.
  • Exercise discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality as appropriate to the level of the position in all hospital matters.
  • Communication, organisational and excellent written skills with an ability to accurately prepare and review written documents.
  • Proven effectiveness as a team player including a flexible self-motivated approach to work and ability to take responsibility, problem solve, take initiative and a capacity to participate in a team.
