Position Summary

Responsible for managing customer service inquiries, collaborating with different teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and contribute to overall team success. Handles day-to-day order processing from customer inquiries to invoicing.

The Customer Service Coordinator serves as the primary contact for customer inquiries, liaising between departments and customers, providing high-quality information.

Major Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily Order to Cash activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Support revenue targets aligned with business plan.
  • Manage end-to-end sales orders.
  • Coordinate with various teams for timely product delivery and invoicing.
  • Place orders for instruments, spare parts, and consumables.
  • Create necessary invoices.
  • Process product returns and credit requests.
  • Quote prices and manage special pricing agreements.
  • Generate reports to support organizational needs.
  • Maintain databases and customer details.
  • Handle import permits and other related tasks.
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in operational enhancements and stocktakes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales terms.

Compliance

  • Complete compliance training modules.
  • Adhere to company policies and EH&S practices.
  • Ensure transactions meet compliance requirements.

Standards/Measures

  • Process customer purchase orders promptly.
  • Keep stakeholders informed on orders status.
  • Review orders daily.
  • Achieve order processing accuracy and on-time delivery targets.
  • Handle invoices efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory levels and manage purchase orders.

Experience/Skills:

  • Customer care experience.
  • Attention to detail and strong decision-making.
  • Organizational and planning skills.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in supply chain, inventory, and SAP is advantageous.

Travel: Minimal < 10%, as required for meetings.
