About Our Team
Mutual Trust is growing with locations in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Adelaide.

We currently have an opportunity with our Adelaide Family Office team for an experienced Receptionist and Administration Assistant to step in and support our team.

You will be joining a small, inclusive team who enjoy spending time together and support each other.

Our offices are located in an historical building with modern architectural changes, where there is fresh fruit and breakfast on offer, together with lots of lunch events, in-house functions and more.


If you enjoy providing a true concierge service, including meeting and greeting clients, booking meeting rooms, coordinating events and activities and are ready to take ownership of this important role, we would love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and Trustees
  • Making coffees, arranging catering, providing concierge services to clients (restaurant bookings, gift shopping, travel planning, etc.)
  • Receive and respond to internal communications, gather additional information (where required), cross check with Trust and approved policies
  • Assist with meeting preparation
  • Adhoc administrative tasks (binding, scanning, photocopying, filing etc.)

About You

  • Relevant experience in front of house reception (or similar), preferably within a professional services environment
  • A friendly, professional and enthusiastic approach to your work
  • Organised and able to track multiple tasks and follow up periodically
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • Comfortable following instructions and procedures
  • Focused on delivering results and meeting customer expectations
