We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated
Territory Manager to join our _Neuromodulation _business._

  • This role will be based in Melbourne and cover _Melbourne Metro and Tasmania. _


Reporting to the_ Regional Sales Manager_, this position is responsible for maximising the sales volume and market share of designated products within the assigned territory.


Responsibilities include (and not limited to):

  • Completing Neuromodulation product certification
  • Achieving sales targets and increasing market share for assigned territory; implementing and executing on sales force effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales training
  • Developing relationships and servicing key customer groups including utilising key customer networks
  • Supporting implantation and postoperative follow ups of devices within your territory
  • Managing your consignment stock
  • Maintaining up to date product knowledge and actively participate in education programs
  • Assisting with product marketing and launches
  • Providing market feedback on product and competitor activity
  • Attending company sales meetings and customer events as required
  • Some rural, interstate and possibly international travel may be required

Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline equivalent (biomed, nursing, science, technology) highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated proficiency with selling skills in a framework in the medical devices industry
  • Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external experts
  • Patientcentric, customerfocused and empathetic
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate clinical detail into relatable information
  • Business acumen and analytical skills
  • Proactive, resilient selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced innovative environment
  • Flexibility to travel and attend 24 hour oncall responsibilities on occasion
