\t* Provide technical sales presentations on project engineering management in support of sales and business development opportunities.

\t* Chartered credential (CPEng) or eligibility to attain through IEAust.
\t* Additional relevant specialised training (e.g., MBA or Post Graduate studies in business management, culture change, project management, engineering management, commercial contracting, advanced negotiating, etc.).
\t* Eligibility to obtain Rail Safety Worker status.

\t* Strong Program Management skills and team leadership experience in shaping business with a track record of delivery on time and budget.
