IT Service Desk Coordinator

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the IT Branch's Service Desk, ensuring all requests and incidents are recorded and resolved in accordance with the IT Branch governance framework.
You will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of technical documentation, processes and manuals.What you'll bring to the role To succeed in this role, you will:
- have experience in supporting an IT Service Desk function within an ITIL framework
- have high level of verbal and written communication skills
