The Opportunity:

TheSales Operations Support Team Leadis an important role in which you will be accountable for overseeing sales operations support including transactional processing; training; service excellence and quality activities in the following areas: Leads & Opportunities, Quoting and Reporting.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and training team members and supporting them in day-to-day activities and be the first line of contact for the team - responsible for escalation of items as required.

  • Demonstrated Sales Operations support experience in a shared services model.
