Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Develop a skilled, motivated, and exceptional team with a focus on hospitality.
  • Communicate and achieve Food and Beverage revenue targets through operational excellence.
  • Support revenue forecasting and financial goal setting for Bars.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the Beverage & Front of House team, offering specific training for skills enhancement.
  • Encourage and engage in designated training initiatives for personal and team growth.
  • Address performance concerns in collaboration with the Venue Manager, following established strategies.
  • Promote open communication through regular Team Meetings to exchange ideas, address challenges, celebrate successes, and provide departmental updates.
  • Actively take part in venue Leadership Meetings, leading discussions related to beverages.
  • Maintain a visible presence during critical operational periods to guide, support, and inspire exceptional customer service and experiences.
  • Uphold strict standards of compliance, ensuring all operations comply with venue licensing requirements, regulations, and the company's legal, business, and community responsibilities.

About You:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in large venues with a strong focus on Food & Beverage.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large, dynamic teams that foster a culture of high performance, engagement, and accountability.
  • Keen attention to compliance matters.
  • A keen eye for detail across all aspects of venue operations.
  • Current NSW RSA/RCG certification is mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license and transportation.
