Our Group Enablement Teams are the Technology, Business Enablement, Value Chain and Replenishment experts developing new capabilities and platforms for a better retail future. What you'll do
As the Replenishment Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Replenishment Support Specialists who provide support, business and system knowledge to the Group Replenishment and Big W Teams. These systems enable forecasting, ordering, and planning stock requirements for store and distribution centres across Australia and New Zealand.
You will play a significant role in ensuring the successful interaction between IT and replenishment teams throughout the design, development and support of replenishment systems. In addition, we expect you to be involved in the coordination of business resolutions to system issues and ensuring that operational business plans are feasible and supported by existing system functionality. Together with your team, you will build strong and robust relationships with IT partners & make recommendations on system and process improvements
- Represent Group Replenishment and Big W on all system projects
- Stability in the Replenishment systems to include Replenishment Central, SAP, Webi, Tableau, GCP, Fulfilment (ASR), and SAP UDF
- Guide, lead, and manage the performance of the Replenishment Support team
- Proven experience leading a team & influencing multiple cross-functional teams when implementing change
- Ensure that the teams goals are aligned in achieving the total Replenishment Team strategy
What you'll bring
- Experience in a similar role in a large FMCG/Retail environment
- Proven experience leading a team & influencing multiple cross-functional teams when implementing change
- Ability to determine root cause on a variety of unstructured and complex system problems - utilising a variety of advanced technical skills in SQL, database interrogation and ERP system use
- Demonstrated experience in process mapping, process flows, workflow and development of business or IT solutions
- Strong relationship building skills - an influencer with the ability to build trust and challenge stakeholders to deliver efficiency and performance improvements based on mutual respect
