About the position


The role supports programs such as the Career Ready Advantage Award, Industry Mentoring, Graduate Preparation workshops, Career Ready Industry Experiences and the International Employability Programs Package and provides administrative support for the Career Hub and Abintegro platforms.


This position includes duties such as contributing to marketing and communications across a range of channels to engage students in Employability programs, services and events and with career development learning resources, including Career Ready OnLine (Abintegro).

The role also job shares tasks with the Senior Coordinator Industry Mentoring for effective administration of the Industry Mentoring Program.


Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • High level written communication skills with ability to develop effective communications for students acoss a number of channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with capacity to work collaboratively and cooperatively in small teams.
  • Demonstrated capacity to organise work effectively and efficiently and deliver outputs in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, follow established procedures with limited supervision and contribute positively to an effective team.
  • High level proficiency in computer software packages including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, electronic mail, and the use of the internet as a research tool.
