This newly created position is a key leadership role at UniSuper with two (2) direct reports.

Reporting to our Head of Business Development and Partnerships, you will provide the strategic direction to improve and maintain a market leading employer solution and experience.


You will have autonomy to set the strategy, enhance the function and source the most suitable solution for our members and employers.

With the support of your team and wider organisation you will

  • Develop & operationalise UniSuper's contributions management strategy
  • Evaluate and prioritise opportunities to create and maintain a market leading employer experience
  • Lead the contribution management solution project and any other approved employer projects and/or process enhancements
  • Review processes related to our employer experience and suggested process improvements
**About you
You can build trust and engagement through relationships; this allows you to successfully translate key stakeholder requirements into action.

Couple with strong analytical, reporting and planning skills your knowledge of Super products, platforms and emerging technology trends will enable you to understand, integrate and assess information relating to strategic, operational, and technological issues and opportunities.

Your ability to drive activity and results as well as the following, will set you up for success

  • Track record of analysing, understanding and utilising business information systems
  • Proven experience in facilitating requirements gathering and workshops
  • Strong knowledge of Superannuation products and working with superannuation administration platforms
  • Strategic thinker able to create and communicate strategic plans
