We are currently in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Employment Coach to deliver Disability Employment Services (DES) to our participants. This is a full-time position based in our Springvale office, with the possibility of providing assistance in other locations like Rosebud, Frankston, Hastings, and Narre Warren when required.

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience in coaching or facilitating (Disability)
  • Effective networking with potential employers and establishing relationships
  • Confident presentation of the DES program to employment services providers
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology

  • Dynamic coaching abilities to engage and motivate learners at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to advocate for our clients to potential employers
  • Flexibility to adapt to participant needs
