Your role will involve

  • Spotting chances and schemes for process enhancement to boost efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Guiding a specific batch of Continuous Improvement projects and initiatives employing a methodology and structure for Improvement such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Defining and recording customer needs and the business rationale/charter
  • Recognizing issue/opportunity declarations, process flows, hurdles and examining root causes to establish resolutions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments on project efforts and process assessment

About you

  • Validation of effectively overseeing process improvements and project execution
  • Familiarity and practice in Lean Six Sigma
  • Preferably in the financial services sector with expertise in Contact Centre, intermediary business management, complaints handling, digital services, or strategy and implementation
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, capable of articulating with precision and influence
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
