We have an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Sydney Team.

You will provide professional and comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager or Senior Manager as well as day to day support to the team.

You will also establish and drive a culture of continuous improvement to deliver a structured framework that will increase productivity ready stakeholders for Mirvac Next system changes and establish strong business practices.


Your duties include but are not limited to:
Establish an open feedback loop to promote a culture of transparency to influence and implement change
Analysing processes and procedures and investigate shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes
Develop and prioritise process enhancement strategies across current systems and process / procedures to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Form multi-disciplinary teams with business participants to ensure buy in and ownership of the outcomes
Prepare continuous improvement business cases for endorsement (where appropriate)
Build internal stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with these stakeholders to implement improvement to IIP's practices
Manage internal stakeholder relationships through i) regular, effective communication on continuous improvement projects; ii) ensuring appropriate training is provided to IIP stakeholders when change arises; iii) ensuring sound documentation is established to facilitate in-depth understanding and responsibility over systems, process and individual responsibilities.

Cultivate an ongoing change management culture and drive strong engagement with all key stakeholders in line with the Mirvac Values, including mentoring and coaching contributors.

Your point of difference

To be successful you will have relevant tertiary qualifications, (graduate degree in business or MBA would be beneficial) extensive experience in an

Investment/Asset Management roles and the ability tothink strategically, adapt to change, deal with ambiguity and complexity.


Moderate experience in process optimization, operations, or business management is highly regarded as well as -a sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures.


Finally, you will have exceptional communication skills, an - Empathetic and adaptive leadership style and a thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies.
