In your role as Manager Continuous Improvement - Digital Disruptions you will be responsible for managing Continuous Improvement and Operational BAU across the digital channels for disruptions.


Leveraging best-practice delivery & process improvement practices, you will develop, execute and implement innovative solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital service offerings.

You are empowered to

  • Leverage frontline feedback, analytics, customer insights & research to identify opportunities
  • Engage stakeholders to develop and implement solutions
  • Own and prioritise a backlog of work consisting of continuous improvement and operational BAU items to deliver the highest customer and business value
  • Drive and embed a culture of continuous improvement in order to drive innovation and generate tangible results, in the short, medium and longterm
To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • 5+ years experience in a Continuous Improvement or Business Process Improvement environment including applied knowledge of methodologies and frameworks (eg Lean Six Sigma)
  • 3+ years proven experience in managing teams including coaching, developing and supporting team members to excel in their daytoday roles
  • 3+ years working in Agile/Scrum delivery team with experience in prioritisation, planning, risk management and execution
  • Advanced communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills (including vendor management)
  • Working understanding of digital technologies and UX/UI design concepts across mobile, web and technical infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to champion the voice of the customer and genuine interest in driving deep organisational improvements through close collaboration with many cross functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to balance customer, operational, commercial, strategic, safety and regulatory factors when making recommendations to improve processes
  • Demonstrated ability to balance short term needs with long term objectives
  • Confident to constantly challenge the status quo across a wide range of operational processes
  • Tertiary qualification or industry certification
