You'll be responsible for

  • Identifying opportunities and initiatives for process improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Leading a defined set of Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects utilising an Improvement methodology and framework such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Coaching and influencing people of all levels to follow best practice.
  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously in an efficient manner
  • identifying problem/opportunity statements, process workflows, roadblocks and analysing root causes to determine solutions.
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders across different departments on project initiatives and process review

About you

  • Demonstrated evidence of successfully leading process improvements and execution of projects
  • Knowledge and experience in Lean Six Sigma
  • Ability to coach and influence others
  • Preferably in the financial services industry with skills in Contact Centre, intermediated business management, complaints handling, digital or strategy and execution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity and impact
  • Adaptability and flexibility working in a dynamic environment
