We are currently recruiting for person-centred Customer Service Officers with a genuine passion for supporting members of the community to support our NSW Government client in the Lithgow area

Please note, this position is based full time in the office. Positions available in Erina, Tuggerah and Woy Woy

What's in it for you:

  • Working on an exciting Government Project, where you develop your knowledge of Government policies and processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for customers, providing facetoface support for members of the public
  • Provide guidance and support to customers across a broad range of queries
  • Support with a communityfocussed program that genuinely gives back to members of the public
  • Accurately enter customer information into internal databases
  • Act as a representative for the business, ensuring empathy and confidentiality when speaking with customers
  • Work inline with set policies and guidelines

You will need to:

  • Experience in customer service is essential
  • A genuine passion for supporting members of the community
  • Must be open to attending the office (Erina, Woy Woy or Tuggerah)
