As the Governance Administration Officer at Cbus, you will provide high quality and efficient administrative and organisational support to the Governance team.
Specifically, you will assist the compilation and distribution of Board and Committee papers, including the use of the Company Secretariat Diligent BoardBooks platform.
Other key aspects of this role include:
- supporting the Company Secretariat team in its provision of end to end governance services;
- attending Management Committees and drafting and managing action items;
- reviewing Board and Committee papers; and
- monitoring the internal Governance mailbox.
You won't need specific Governance or Superannuation experience for this role.
However, we think it's important to have significant administrative experience and skill - gained from a similar type of role, such as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior Team Assistant - within a corporate environment.
You'll bring your strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to be able to communicate and engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders of our fund.
Personally, you have a high attention to detail and are extremely organised, with the ability to flex to meet various deliverables.
Whilst Cbus encourages flexible working arrangements, due to the nature of Cbus Board and Committee meetings, there will be an expectation of your presence in the office during busier periods.
