The Roles


We currently have 3 exciting opportunities for Customer Care gurus to join the team at our Store Support Centre located in Derrimut.

These roles involve responding to customer enquiries in relation to after sales for both internal and external customers by arranging repairs or replacement under warranty.


Team Leader

  • Lead and inspire a team of 7 in the aftersales customer care department
  • Oversee daytoday call centre operations of the Warranty and Installation team
  • Serve as a liaison between internal team members, electricians, contractors, Beacon Lighting stores, and customers, to streamline processes and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Take a handson approach to managing workflow, ensuring timely and efficient processing of warranty claims
  • Implement and optimize processes to enhance team productivity

Full Time Customer Service


 Monday
  • Friday, 9am 5pm
- respond to customer enquiries in relation to after sales for both internal and external customers by arranging repairs or replacement under warranty

Part Time Customer Service

  • 24 hours a week


 Monday
  • Friday, 9am 5pm
, spread over 3 or 5 days (your choice)
- respond to customer enquiries in relation to after sales for both internal and external customers by arranging repairs or replacement under warranty

  • Be able to make sound decisions
