12 month fixed term (parental leave) contract, full-time or part-time (0.8) opportunity available immediately and ideally commencing 2 January 2024.
it's exciting times ahead at the University of Adelaide and our Organisational Performance team. We are seeking a Learning and Development Adviser to cover parental leave on a 12-month contract.

This role is responsible for working in partnership with stakeholders to design, deliver and the evaluate contemporary programs to support leadership and professional development including face-to-face, online and blended learning.

The Learning and Development Advisor will provide expert advice and coaching to ensure our learning solutions build performance, empower leaders, cultivate engagement and strengthen our culture.


To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in planning, implementing and reviewing learning and development projects and initiatives.
  • A strong understanding and experience in the design and development of online and blended learning programs
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining successful collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to produce great written communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines.
