Our client, a Federal Agency, is looking for an APS5 Level - Learning and Development to join their team. The position is a team membership position and is accountable for organising their workflow and making independent decisions relating to an area of responsibility. The position will be required to provide policy advice within an area of specialisation with advice based on policies and legislation.

You will be working full time hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm in Adelaide with a competitive pay rate of $55.24 + Superannuation.

As an APS5 Level - Learning and Development you will be:

- Leading and participating in capability and learning projects and contributing to the achievement of business outcomes.
- Coordinating learning and development activities across the agency and undertaking administrative functions as required.
- Assisting in the development, implementation, and effective communication of a new Learning and Development Strategy.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining governance processes to support the effective administration of the Learning and Development team.
- Assisting Instructional Designers with learning needs analysis, course design, building interactive learning elements and engaging activities.
- Providing facilitation and/or facilitation support for workshops, including both face to face and online.
- Evaluating and analysing the effectiveness of capability and learning activities, ensuring quality outcomes are delivered.
- Providing regular updates and reports on a range of P&C measures, activities, and processes.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong written communication skills
- Cultural competency, including knowledge and/or experience of safe and inclusive stakeholder engagement
- Sound organisational and administrative skills
- Experience supporting a learning and development function
- Experience providing facilitation for workshops, including both face to face and online
