Rv Content Lead

You want to be a part of it.
Working with the wider MAD and DIJGTAL teams, you'll play an integral role in the growth of our caravan / campervan niche as our go-to RV Subject Matter Expert.
What you'll do:
Over the first 6 months you will:
- Bring your overall smarts to adventure publication RV Daily, and other RV assets that we partner with, turning them into humming well-oiled content machines:
- Leverage your love of concepting and bring those ideas to the table, collaborating with the cross functional team to explore all angles we are stronger together, let's make these ideas the best that they can be
- Capture video and photo content, repurposing content to be used across multiple channels and mediums, joining forces with marketing to create integrated campaigns for our RV clients
- Where required: Write, develop, edit and publish engaging content and copy for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, blogs, print, eDMs, and social posts
- Review social media posts where needed to ensure that they have captured the correct information in relation to this space
- Explore ways to leverage AI to support your role. Looking for a quick way to take your video content and convert it into an article? Speed up those visual searches, or access the right music and videos? AI could be the answer
- Work closely with the digital campaign team to understand what content works, and what doesn't:
- Analyse the data, and feed the findings back into our content creations
- Support with regular survey and research projects that help us understand who our audience is in finer detail, using these findings as a springboard to generate ideas that are backed by data
- Utilise your existing freelancer base to deliver on content that you have mapped out 3 months in advance:
- Brief in content creators on topics that play to their strengths and interests
- Continue to build out an influencer network that harmonises with our content & social strategies
Over the following months you will:
- Help shape and implement processes
- Identify new ways to build audiences using a range of approaches such as giveaways, onsite subscription optimisations and forms
- Join forces and collaborate with our DIJGTAL people, including Creative, UX, Tech, Product, and Marketing; ideas grow and we grow
