This is an outstanding opportunity for passionate governance professional to join a growing and market leading ASX-listed financial services organisation.

The business provides a highly supportive, forward looking and values-based workplace culture, providing an opportunity for a Company Secretariat & Governance Advisor to embed and contribute to this Global Company.


Reporting to Company Secretary and working closely with a range of internal stakeholders including the Executive team and Board, you will assist with delivering a professional and efficient company secretarial function for the company as well as contributing to oversight of its various governance functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively managing, contributing to and coordinating the preparation of Board and subcommittee meetings, agendas, papers, minutes and actions
  • Supporting the efficient functioning and running of the AGM, Board and subcommittees (eg, calendars, work plan, meeting arrangements and logistics)
  • Ensure the Company's compliance with its statutory obligations under relevant laws and regulations, including statutory records, maintenance of registers and records, and completion and lodgement of statutory forms and returns
  • Experienced Assistant Company Secretary or Governance professional with at least four years' relevant experience, preferably within the ASX listed space
  • Strong relationship skills, particularly at Executive/Board/Commitee level combined with a highly developed verbal and written communication skillset
  • Ability to excel within a fastpaced, open and collegiate environment
  • Currently holding or will be working toward completing Corporate Governance qualifications
  • Mature and thoughtful in outlook, and downtoearth in style, you will bring an inquisitive mind to the role as well as highly developed organisational skills
