About the role


The
Government Relations Advisor is responsible for developing, maintaining and realising the benefits of effective relationships with local, state and federal government stakeholders, diplomatic missions, industry associations, industry partners and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of our strategy across Australasia.

They will be responsible for the playing a key role in the implementation of Babcock's government engagement strategy and will focus on key campaigns across the business.


The
Government Relations Advisor will play an important role in the implementation of Babcock's Australasia influence and engagement activity to enhance the visibility of Babcock's agenda at the local, regional, national and global level and for key campaigns.

This role is important to supporting Babcock's growth ambitions and enhancing the business brand and reputation in the region. The role works with colleagues in Australasia and Babcock Internationally to ensure an aligned approach.

Note - this position will be offered on a 2-year fixed term contract.
