They are currently looking for a skilled and experienced IT and Systems Coordinator.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Responding to, and timely resolution of, helpdesk tickets both facetoface and remotely
  • Setting up new staff accounts, equipment and performing IT inductions
  • Active Directory administration and support
  • Accurately maintaining and updating asset management software
  • Creating and maintaining knowledge base guides
  • Escalating support requests amongst the team as required
  • Supporting and troubleshooting CAD Applications
  • Managing, monitoring, and deploying software licensing
  • Monitoring and reporting on cloud services and tools
  • Working closely with partner organisations to assure the efficient operations of our Azure
platform.

KEY REQUIRMENTS:

  • 24 years relevant experience required.
  • IT Support Level 2 is preferred.

  • Having the ability to manage multiple priorities and to work under pressure with a degree of
autonomy.

  • Utilise effective problemsolving skills to make informed, timely, and effective decisions.
